Products and information

We aim to describe products accurately. Natural materials, screen settings, and production batches may result in reasonable variations in colour, grain, texture, or finish. Dimensions and suitability information should be checked before ordering.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, depending on the confirmation provided. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, delivery is not possible, or fraud is suspected. Any payment already taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
