Delivery destinations and charges

Orders are dispatched from our production facility in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. Available destinations, delivery methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Large, heavy, or project orders may require a separate quotation.

Lead times

Most Cheesign furniture is made to order. Standard production lead time is approximately 2 weeks before dispatch. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination and service. If a different production or delivery period applies, we will contact you before fulfillment.

For consumers in the European Union, unless another delivery period is agreed, applicable consumer law generally requires delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Delivery information

Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. For large items, the customer is responsible for checking access routes, lifts, doorways, and receiving arrangements before ordering.

Damage or non-delivery

Inspect the order as soon as reasonably possible. Keep all packaging and contact hello@cheesign.com with photographs if an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the agreed period. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
