Statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Consumers in the European Union are generally protected by a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Reporting a problem

Email hello@cheesign.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Do not attempt a structural repair before contacting us, as this may make the cause harder to assess.

Everyday care

Dust with a soft cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth for marks, then dry the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, standing water, excessive loads, and prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight.

Moving and reconfiguring

Unload the furniture before moving it. Lift where required instead of dragging, lock castors when in use, and recheck connectors after transport or reconfiguration. Follow all product-specific assembly and safety instructions.
