Where do you deliver?

Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout. For locations or larger orders that are not available online, contact hello@cheesign.com.

How long will my order take?

Most Cheesign furniture is made to order. Standard production lead time is approximately 2 weeks before dispatch. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination and service. If a different production or delivery period applies, we will contact you before fulfillment.

Any shipping transit estimate shown at checkout starts after dispatch; it does not include production time. See our Shipping Policy for further details.

Do products require assembly?

Assembly requirements vary by product. Please check the product description and the instructions supplied with your order. Contact us if you need clarification before purchasing.

Can I request a custom size or project quotation?

Yes. Send the product name, quantity, delivery country, intended use, and key dimensions to hello@cheesign.com. Custom work is reviewed case by case.

Will I have to pay duties or import taxes?

Taxes and duties depend on the destination and the terms shown at checkout. Where charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for fees assessed by local authorities or the carrier.

How should I care for my furniture?

Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, standing water, and prolonged exposure to heat or strong sunlight. Follow any product-specific care instructions supplied with your order.

Why does my cart require a freight quote?

Orders containing more than one Mod Bar or more than 11 units of the ModBox Modular Cat House Bench with Plant Stand require a freight quote before payment. When a quote is required, the cart shows a Request a freight quote link in place of the checkout button.
