Destinations and rates

Available delivery destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Large, heavy, or project orders may require a separate delivery quotation.

Processing and lead times

Lead times vary by product and order size. The product page, checkout, or order confirmation will show the applicable estimate. If a different delivery period is required, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery

Please provide a complete address and a phone number that the carrier can use for delivery. For large items, make sure access routes, lifts, doorways, and receiving arrangements are suitable before ordering.

Tracking and delays

Tracking or delivery updates will be provided when available. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather, and remote-area delivery can affect transit times. Contact hello@cheesign.com if an order is overdue.

Damage in transit

Inspect the packaging and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Keep the packaging and send clear photos of the package, product, and shipping label if an item arrives damaged or incomplete. Your statutory rights are not affected.
